The terms that apply when you use our website and book a cleaning with Nestly.
These Terms of Service apply to your use of the Nestly Cleaning website and the cleaning services we provide in Waterloo, Cedar Falls, and the surrounding Black Hawk County area. By booking with us, you agree to these terms.
Nestly Cleaning is a locally owned, service-area cleaning business. We offer recurring, deep, move-in and move-out, Airbnb and rental, post-construction, commercial, estate, and hoarding cleaning. We come to your home or business; we do not operate a walk-in location.
You can book online through our scheduling system or by calling or texting us. When you book, you will receive a confirmation. We do our best to send the same cleaner each visit and to arrive within your scheduled window.
Prices depend on the size and condition of your home and the service you choose. Your price is shown when you book online. Payment is made by card and is processed securely through our scheduling partner, BookingKoala. No cash is needed.
Plans change, and rescheduling is easy. We ask for at least 24 hours notice if you need to cancel so our cleaners can plan their day. Cancellations inside 24 hours are subject to a $50 fee to cover the reserved time set aside for your clean. Same-day cleanings are available when we have openings.
You do not need to be home during your cleaning. You can leave a key, a garage code, or a lockbox. Every cleaner is background-checked and fully insured, so you can feel comfortable giving us access.
If something was missed, let us know within 24 hours and we will come back and re-clean the area at no charge. Your satisfaction is what we are after.
Nestly Cleaning is fully insured. In the rare event of damage caused by our team, contact us promptly so we can make it right. Our liability is limited to the cost of the service provided, except where the law says otherwise.
Please secure cash, jewelry, and other valuables before your cleaning, and let us know about any pets, hazards, or areas you would like us to avoid.
We may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top of this page shows when they were last changed.
